Telecommunication license

Pursuant to the law of Ukraine, telecommunication service is a product of telecommunication operator’s and / or provider’s activity, which is targeted at satisfaction of consumer needs for telecommunication. Telecommunication is transmission, emission and/or receipt of signs, signals, written text, images and sounds or messages of any kind with radio, cable, optic or any other electromagnetic systems.

The National Commission for State Regulation in the Field of Communication and IT establishes a procedure for maintenance and maintains a register of telecommunication operators and providers, performs licensing and registration in the sphere of telecommunication service.
