Registration of the company with the State immigration service

In case your enterprise intends to invite foreigners for employment or to cooperate with foreign partners on a permanent basis – which implies their frequent visits to or temporary stay in Ukraine, then in accordance with the applicable law such enterprise must be registered with the Office of Immigration and Citizenship.

Only if an enterprise is registered with the mentioned authority, it is entitled to make invitations for foreigners for their temporary stay in Ukraine and for getting relevant visas.
