Construction license

The law of Ukraine currently provides for licensing of business activities related to construction of any architectural project if complexity of its architectural and construction concept and/or utility systems refers to categories IV and V.

Licensing of construction activity and control over compliance with the license provisions is carried out by the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate and its territorial offices.

Qualification, organizational and other requirements to construction business are set with license provisions for such activity, which are approved as prescribed by law.
