Outstaffing

The outstaffing of personnel is a fairly common phenomenon in the West and is becoming increasingly popular among Ukrainian companies. The outstaffing means the withdrawal of employees from the staff of the company and formalization of the mentioned employees in the staff of specialized outstaffing company.

The essence of outstaffing is the following: the client company executes a contract with the outstaffing company, according to which the latter becomes the legal employer of the staff of the client company. Thus, the client company shifts to outstaffing company a whole range of concerns associated with the maintenance of staff, in particular:

full accounting support of staff (calculation and payment of taxes in accordance with current legislation; complete maintenance of accounting documentation, payment of wages, etc.)

maintenance of personnel documentation (registration of labor and civil contracts, execution of labour books, training and reporting to the relevant authorities and etc.)
