Olga Chabala

CEO, Partner

Head of Corporate, Bank & Finance Law 

Olga graduated from law department of T. Shevchenko Kyiv National University and was qualified as a Specialist of Law. She is engaged in active legal practice since 1997.

Olga started her legal career at PJSC ‘Prominvestbank’, one of leading banking institutions of Ukraine, as a legal counsel, and then worked on managerial positions at Bank Security Department and Legal Department. At this stage of her career, Olga was in charge for licensing of banking, management of bank agreements safety, arrangement of legal support to corporate debt financing.

At the beginning of 2013, Olga was offered to join the team of ‘KD CONSULTING’ law and consulting firm as its director and head of corporate and finance law practice, and she accepted such offer. Considering excellent results of her work at this position, Olga became a full-fledged partner of the firm in 2014. As stipulated with responsibilities assigned to her, Olga Chabala is currently in charge for general management of current business operations of the firm and its development, and she is the head of Corporate, Finance and Banking Law Practice.

Olga is a creative person interested in photography, traveling, modern handiwork. She applies creative approach to her work as well, and never ceases in her self-education and self-development.

Her near-term plans envisage further development and expansion of the firm, personal professional advancement as a partner in legal business.

Olga is a member of Law Society of Ukraine.

Olga’s working languages: Ukrainian, Russian and English.
